18 month old girl

My 1 1/2 year old Isla Paige...

...you like to name everyone in the room and when you refer to yourself and point to your chest and say Isla Paige
...you are obsessed with airplanes and as soon as you hear one you say "airplane. airplane. right there." and sometimes you put your palms up and say "where'd it go?" when it disappears.
...you are a great climber and think it is your right to climb up and on anything.
...your motto is why walk when you can run, unless you are doing your bored walk when you are just looking for something to do to get into trouble.
...you are too much fun to hang out with and i am so thankful that summer break fell right when you were at this super fun age.
...you say boodies (for boogies) and sometimes like to tell me when you go pee pee or poo poo
...you answer ?'s sometimes with a "mmmmhmmm"
...you would brush your teeth 20 times a day if I let you.
...you are in the 95% for your head, 90% for height, and 80% for weight.
...you get the best belly laugh when daddy pulls on your toes or wrestles/pesters you.
...you say "ya" to just about everything, but when you say no you wave your hand back and forth in my face when you say it.
...on our trip to Wichita you played on daddy's phone and pretended to talk on it while your foot was kicked up and relaxed on the back of the passenger seat and we started laughing and you shushed us by putting your finger to your lips.
...i read somewhere that 18 month olds can learn a new word every 2 hours and i would say that is accurate!
...just in the last few days you learned: 1, 2, 3 blast off (thanks to grandpa), parts of ring around the rosey (thanks to grandma), round and round (that is what you call fans), up and down, and can recite different parts of books when prompted.
...daddy loves that you will try and repeat just about anything
...my favorite thing you do is "read." you get a book turn the pages and babble in a higher pitch tone than your normal voice. i have yet to catch it on video.
...you love to swing at the park and would all day if i let you.
...you tell daddy "nun nu" (love you) at night
...you get super excited when you see a meow meow.
...you drink your milk out of your cereal bowl when you are done (thank you very much Olivas boys)
...you are still obsessed with chapstick and call it chappy
...most of the time if we ask you if you are ready for nigh nigh you say ya and grab your blankie and hobbes
...you hide under your hands or disappear into a room and say "there she is" when you pop out
...you say DeeDee, Lainey Bug, and Levi
...you do things like lay on the step and pretend you are sleeping because you know we think it is funny.
...you say hi to anyone who walks by you
...you are constantly on the move and into anything besides toys
...you refer to Grandma and Grandpa as Grandma and Grandma, but you have Mema and Pepa's names down well
...i love your chunky legs and all the booboo's on them (and the fact that you say boo boo and owie)
