Not pictured: working til 2:30 a.m. the night before our appraisal for our refinance only to hop in the shower and realize our water heater was out!  We worked hard the next morning right up until the appraiser came at 2:00 and then the girls and I left to go over to a friends while B showed off our house and then took another cold shower then headed to Denver to run some errands, then went to  his summer principal class from 6-10 & then we left the next morning bright and early for my grandma's farm! :)

So thankful for my hard working, OCD, do it right hubby!
