10 months (pics soon)

Isla Paige, here is just a snippet of what you are up to (there is way too much in this list...just for me to remember (and grandma to read...everyone else, skip!):
-words: mama, dada, dog, ball, boo, nigh-nigh, i-ya (isla), hi, hot (you say this when I put certain foods in front of you and cautiously touch it), and lots of other objects are buh (book & bear)
-grandpa taught you how to say "ah" after you take a big drink from your sippy cup (and you occasionally make this sound after you nurse ...nice.)
-we had to take you to the doctor 2x this month for a high fever and then a nasty cough...so we found out you weigh 20 1/2 pounds
-your favorite spot to sit is on the brick in front of the fireplace.
-you wave bye-bye
-you have yet to meet someone you didn't like and go willingly to anyone who wants to hold you
-you are aggressive and grunt when you knock things down & you also have a death grip
-you stand on your tippy toes & climb all the way to the top of the stairs
-you grunt when you want something and freak out when you can't have what you want
-you are still not the hugest fan of getting dressed or having your diaper changed
-you are "cruising" around our ottoman and couches
-every time you see your bear you bury your face in his fur and give him kisses
-currently your favorite books are: Feely Bugs and That's Not my Snowman (both touch and feel books) & you like to be in charge of turning the pages
-you love music and bob your head front and back every time your hear a beat
-you finally have 2 bottom teeth, although they have taken about a month to show and I still wouldn't consider them popped out all the way.
-your 3rd tooth that is coming in is your top one, but it is all the way over...not one of your front ones!  we call it your snaggletooth.
-you have such a little personality...you crack me up all the time with your looks and the things you do to make us laugh (you love to play peek a boo)
-you love to get chased
-you love to climb the stairs and sit in small places (inside a cabinet) or on top of things (the tops of the bricks in front of the fireplace)
-you love to have things in your hands at all times...mostly chapstick or something small that is not a toy
-when you grab the remote you look at the tv and expect to see something happen
-you are very good at playing by yourself and your favorite things to do are: pull up to things, bang to balls together, rip up magazines, & get chased.
-you love to get dirty in the mulch and spread it around until you get to the dirt underneath it
-you enjoy swinging at the park
-you would eat blueberries until you made yourself sick
-the other night you ate for 30 minutes straight and the best part about when you eat is that you go searching in your "trough" of your bib to see what you can find to eat.
-daddy loves to chase you on the hardwood floor and you are fearless and chase him back...you aren't scared of him at all
-daddy loves that he can make you giggle by rubbing his whiskers on you, he loves you eat cheerios off the floor in the morning (you get mad in the morning when you are put down upstairs while daddy is getting ready and mommy is working out, but when daddy puts you down in the kitchen on the floor you just spread your legs out and wait for your cheerios to be put in front of you on the hardwood floor)
-over the last month daddy comments all the time how much fun you are and how much he loves your personality
-daddy's best part of the day is his morning routine with you and when he comes home he likes seeing you sitting in your high chair waiting for him
-you are just so good & easy
